Six teams of Olympic students competed this year in the CPCC in the Finals of the Lenovo Scholars Mobile App Development Competition. The Lenovo scholars at Olympic have spent 3 hours per week for the entire school year attending after-school mobile app development classes. All Lenovo scholar completers received a Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate from the NC Department of Labor today – a unique designation for any high school student.
These Olympic students won 1st Place and are now entered in the National NAF competition:
