Olympic High School Foundation Teacher Grants.

The Olympic High School Foundation is committed to supporting the educators at our school through two types of grants: Classroom Grants and Professional Development Grants. These grants are designed to enhance both teacher growth and the educational experience for students by providing resources for professional learning and classroom innovations.

Classroom Grants

These grants provide support for innovative classroom projects that enhance the educational experience for students. Funding is limited to items or initiatives that are not typically provided by the school or school system. All applications are reviewed by the Mission Committee, with priority given to projects based on need and impact.

Professional Development Grants

These grants provide financial support to teachers seeking to advance their skills through National Board Certification or other professional development opportunities. Teachers may apply for up to $2,000 per fiscal year. All applications are reviewed by the Mission Committee, with priority given to first-time applicants and those pursuing National Board Certification.

Grant Approval Process

The Foundation’s Mission Committee reviews all grant applications using board-approved guidelines to ensure alignment with our mission. Applications are evaluated on their potential impact and the availability of funds. To learn more about the approval process, download our full Grant Guidelines PDF
